  • One hour of free support per month. Additional support can be purchased per incident (we charge 150 EUR per hour) or as a monthly quota at a more favorable price.
  • We guarantee timely responses to your requests (at the latest until the next working day).
  • You get a commercial license if needed.
  • You profit from managed releases with detailed update instructions for each new version.
  • In case we become aware of any production-impending or security related issues you will be notified.
  • You get access to all the available documentation for every employee in your company.

Documentation

All available documentation is part of the support subscription but can also be purchased individually. All non-free documentation is licensed per user.

Training

ReportServer is easy and simple to use. Its functions and the menu navigation are intuitive. Or, in other words: Everyone able to handle common spreadsheet programs can immediately handle ReportServer. We provide several manuals and best practice documents to empower you to grasp straight away all functions ReportServer offers. We also offer several training packages for all those who prefer to learn from people than from books.
In our trainings, you and your colleagues in the departments, administration and IT-operation get to know how to optimally use all functions of ReportServer and how to work with it fast and efficient.
Additionally we offer a wide range of expert functions, which especially support administrators and power users in their work.
